Orders usually ship within two to three business days. Orders are shipped by UPS ground only and are usually received by you, our customer, within two to four days of shipping.
Returns and Refunds: We are happy to accept your return for any reason within 30 days of confirmed delivery, as long as your items still have the tags attached and they have not been worn or washed. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
Exchanges: Please note that MySafetywear.com is not able process exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item to us for a refund, and place a separate order for the item you need instead.
